By accessing or using Shuffle, operated by Allegro Software ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Shuffle is a mass reclassification tool that connects to your NetSuite account via OAuth to enable bulk reclassification of transaction line items. The service modifies existing transactions in your NetSuite account based on your instructions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must have proper authorization to connect and modify data in the NetSuite account you link to Shuffle.
Shuffle accesses your NetSuite data solely to provide the reclassification service. You are responsible for ensuring that any reclassifications you perform are accurate and appropriate. We recommend reviewing changes before submitting them.
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, interfering with the operation of the service, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allegro Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reclassifications will be processed without error.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the service and disconnect your NetSuite account at any time through the Settings page.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
